Q: What can the public see on the website without a membership?
A: Absolutely NOTHING. Just the home page, terms of service, FAQ, etc. Our website is not searchable by non-members.

Q: Is all the information I post available only to members?
A: Yes.

Q: Are there trial memberships?
A. Trial memberships are available for 2 weeks to a month depending on the special at the time. A trial membership comes with all website features so you can try it out!

Q: How long does it take to become a member?
A: Once you register for an account, you must provide information to prove you are a real person or couple with a real email account. You must be 18 years old or older to become a member of Naughty Outlaw.

Q: How much does it cost to join?
A: There are several membership packages. Month-to-month is a reoccurring credit card charge of $17.99, Quarterly is a recurring quarterly charge of $41.97. 6 months is a charge of $71.94 & Yearly is an annual fee of $100.00.

Q: Can I cancel my membership?
A. You may cancel your membership at anytime, however membership fees paid in advance are non-refundable. Any photos attached to your profile will be deleted at this time to protect your privacy.

Q: How does Naughty Outlaw validate or verify members?
A: Naughty Outlaw will validate members either in person, or via email in a three step process. Each person/couple wishing validation may attend a Naughty Outlaw event and introduce themselves to the host and or staff. A “real” stamp will be placed on your profile picture page in the next few days, after an account review. If you wish to be validated via email, click on the lick that says “unverified” under one of your photos and follow the directions. A code will be emailed to the email account listed at registration. In order to be validated, you must write the code on a piece of paper and post a photo of BOTH members of the couple holding the paper. The Naughty Outlaw administrator will review the photo and validate the account, placing a “real” seal on the profile page. This picture will NEVER be used for anything except to verify this is you. Validation is to make sure the account holders are real people, and the photos reasonably represent them. We recommend you to use caution even when a member has been validated. The validation does not indicate that this member is safe to contact, meet, or give information to. Please use the same caution when dealing with a validated member that you would use when meeting anyone for the first time.

Q. What can other members find out about me?
A: Please choose carefully the information you post on your Profile, and that you provide to other Members. Your Profile is freely available to other Members, if it is not set to private & you MUST not include information in your profile that personally identifies you, such as your telephone number, street address, last name, email address, or any photograph or video that may allow other Members to determine your physical location.

Q: How can I show my explicit photos to my friends but not everyone?
A: Click on the cartoon of a camera in the squares on the right, and you will see a “browse” selection appear in the large photo box on the left. Select a photo and click “upload.” Look for a drop down box under “Additional” to designate the publishing status: Public, Friends Only or Password Protected. Only friends will be able to view the “Friends Only” category. Share a picture password with only those who need to know!

Q: Do you monitor online behavior?
A: Our members communicate with each other through chat/IM and onsite mail. While we do not, as a rule, moderate or monitor members' private exchanges, we reserve the right to do so if we suspect users of being under 18 or of using our service for the purpose of solicitation or any other violation of our terms of use or Privacy Statement. Member submissions that appear on the public area of the site are moderated and, if necessary, we reserve the right to edit, delete, remove or not use any communication on a public area of the site.

Q: How do I find out about events?
A: Events will be posted on the website. You must check the website for announcements/invitations as we don't send out individual emails for these. If we need to contact you we use the website's private messaging system and/or the email address you provided at registration. Checking the website for messages and keeping your contact information current is your responsibility.

Q: What is a “Booty Call?”
A: A booty call is an impromptu party or get-together posted in the forum, under parties and events. If you are looking for something to do, check the booty calls, or better yet, post one yourself!
